Instructions for requesting deletion of your personal data and account from PIKMO Games applications.

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

At PIKMO Games, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play Store user data policies), you may request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time.

Because this website is operated as a static information portal and does not host a centralized user authentication dashboard, all account and data deletion requests are received and processed via our designated support email address.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account or personal data from any PIKMO Games application, please follow the steps below:

  1. Recipient email: Send your request to our support inbox at [email protected].
  2. Email subject: Use the standard format: [App Name] — Data Deletion Request (for example: [Lịch Nhà] — Data Deletion Request).
  3. Email body details: Please include the following information:
    • Application Name: The name of the PIKMO Games app you are using.
    • Account Identifier: The email address, username, or account ID linked with your profile in the app (if applicable).
    • Scope of Deletion: Specify whether you want to delete your entire account along with all synchronized records, or only specific data elements (such as calendar events or historical logs).
    • Verification Information: Any additional details that can help our team verify your rightful ownership of the account.

Lịch Nhà — Lunar & Solar Event Reminders

The Lịch Nhà application enables users to manage, track, and receive reminders for personal events. User-created event data is synchronized and stored securely on Google Firebase cloud infrastructure.

  • Data Storage: User-created event data is stored on Firebase.
  • In-app Deletion Flow: Under verification (direct account and data deletion from within the in-app settings screen is currently undergoing testing and technical verification).
  • Email Request: You can request data deletion at any time using the direct email link provided below.

4. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account and data deletion request has been verified and processed:

  • All associated account profiles and identifiers will be permanently removed from our production databases.
  • User-created calendar events, synchronization data, and customized preferences will be unrecoverable.
  • Should you wish to use the application again in the future, a fresh account setup will be required.
